Product Talk Daily: One discovery habit every product team can adopt.
It only takes about 15 minutes to get started.
1. Short Form: Video: One discovery habit every product team can adopt.
I know for many of you adopting the continuous discovery habits can be hard. Maybe your stakeholders are still telling you what to build. Or it might be hard to get access to customers. Or perhaps like most of us you're stuck in back-to-back meetings and simply can't find time to do discovery.
Changing the way we work is hard and takes deliberate effort. Adopting a continuous cadence to your discovery work can feel overwhelming.
Today I want to share one habit you can do today regardless of how the rest of your organization works and that's taking a few minutes to enumerate and examine the assumptions that your ideas depend upon.
You don't even need to test them. You don't need access to customers. You don't need permission from stakeholders. You don't need more than 15 minutes to get started.
Not sure how to do this? Come learn with us.
