Couldn’t agree more with the message in your video. First I’m a big fan of trifecta alignment, although not all companies practice this as such. Having the trifecta center around visual and share information artefacts enables decision making at a better pace, and with far more clarity. And finally—including engineers in the process is always a win! They see and sometimes hear users frustrations, and often have solutions or ideas that would greatly accelerate a movement through a problem space. Thanks for sharing!!!
